Interview by Kailonn H.
Adriana Sage
The mere mention of Adriana Sage stirs the deepest of emotions within her many
fans.
Her subtle freakiness & print model looks has made her one of the most popular
adult performers
in the adult entertainment industry.
While Adriana Sage has ceased working as a b/g performer, she continues to
create nice work
for her official website at AdrianaSage.com. Rumor has it that she may return
as a g/g performer only.
A return in any capacity will be one that is welcomed by her many fans.
Widely popular, you can catch her work on her personal site as well as on many
message boards all over the Internet.
It's rare that a star garners the type of attention that Adriana does while
retired from the mainstream adult film industry.
Her stunning beauty by far separates her from her many peers.

I have been a huge fan of yours for awhile now. I was first introduced to your
work
(still photography) on the internet. Initially it appeared that your site was
run by a company.
Was that the case or did you always run it?
Adriana:
Thank you, I wasn't running it at first, this person was doing it on his own
but I took full control of it almost 2 years ago and created what you see today.
B.I.
While you've been in the business for awhile, somehow I've only just recently
watched a movie in which you appeared.
How long have you been in the adult entertainment industry & how were you
introduced to it?
Adriana:
I started out dancing at a strip club right after high school when I was 18
back in 1998; by late 1999 some one scouted me
and introduced me in to the business. I was already comfortable with exhibiting
myself and was excited to shoot for magazines.
Soon after shooting solo photo sets I felt comfortable enough to shoot with
other girls, then boy/girl videos.
I have always been an extremely sexual person, which is why it was an easy and
fun transition into the xxx world.
B.I.
I see girls who are in quite a few films within a years time, did you purposely
perform in relatively fewer films than most hot actresses?
Adriana:
Actually, I was in about 60-70 different films. Most of them were boy/girl,
but a lot of them were all-girl
within the first year I started. And most recently I have been shooting only
for Andrew Blake.
I started out on the harder end of the spectrum but after a little over a year
I felt more comfortable with softer projects.
Andrew Blake films are fun because there is a lot of thought and effort put
into the setting, location, cast, wardrobe and shot on film.
That is now more exciting for me.
B.I.
How long has it been since you've done b/g films & what led you to no longer
want to do them?
Adriana:
I haven't performed in boy/girl scenes since early 2001. I didn't go into the
business thinking that was all I was going to do.
I knew I wanted to try it out and that is what I did. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't
a long-term commitment
so when I finally quit shooting boy/girl scenes I focused on the college courses
I was taking and on what I wanted to do next.
B.I.
Are you contemplating doing g/g only?
Adriana:
I have been shooting with other girls, but only for my site and Andrew Blake
films.
My main focus right now is my web site and shooting photos and videos for it
with other girls.
B.I.
I am all over the Internet & you are posted quite a bit & have a lot
of fans.
Are you aware of your huge popularity as a performer?
Adriana:
I am mostly familiar with the members of my site and yahoo group. When I travel
for appearances I get to meet some of my fans,
but aside from that I am not sure how people see me or know how much they may
or may not like me.
B.I.
Do you visit some of the more popular adult boards where your work is posted?
If so, what's your reaction when you see the adulation?
Adriana:
I don't visit too many of these boards, I do see myself around the net, but
I also see tons of other girls out there as well.
B.I.
Are you often recognized in public?
Adriana:
I get emails all the time from people saying that they saw me shopping or out
somewhere, but that they couldn't build up the courage to come up to me.
Whenever I go out and I am with family and friends it's better if people don't
say approach me.
It's not something I want to deal with when my family and friends are around
only because I am in the adult industry so it would be uncomfortable
for the people I am with, including myself, to be left with the thought that
that person has seen me naked and/or doing something else.
I am not by any means ashamed or embarrassed of my career but I don't share
the specific details of that part of my life with family,
I don't think it's appropriate. I feel that it's better for fans to approach
me at appearances or conventions and those types of environments.
B.I.
Are you a fan of the porn that's being put out today?
Adriana:
I love to keep up with the adult industry. I go out and rent whatever appeals
to me.
Best sellers are fun to watch just to see what all the fuss is about. For the
most part I see it all as great entertainment.
B.I.
If you decide on doing g/g who are some of the current stars that you'd like
to work with?
Adriana:
When I do shoot with other girls, I really enjoy shooting with Jana Cova, Aria,
Justine, and Sandee.
Hot girls are always on my "to-do" list.
B.I.
In my opinion, you are the finest performer overall from head to toe. What
physical features do you consider to be your greatest?
Adriana:
Thank you for that comment, that's really sweet! I have been told that my thighs
and booty are some of my greatest features
so I guess I will go with them on that.
B.I.
You have nice legs, a flat stomach & a VERY nice ass. How often do you
work out to stay in shape?
Adriana:
Thank you again!! I try to go to the gym 5 times a week; I mostly do cardio,
some weights and keep a healthy diet.
B.I.
There are girls in the industry who are known for what they will & won't
do on screen. Were you ever considered to be an 'anal queen',
or was it something that you were just willing to perform if it was required
for the particular scene?
Adriana:
I don't know if I was considered an "anal queen", but as soon as I
tried it I continued doing it only because I really enjoyed it.
I did have some restrictions, but for the most part I had fun with it and tried
to make it exciting for the audience as well.
B.I.
Have you had any bad experiences as a performer? If so, what happened?
Adriana:
None come to mind. I had a great time performing and nothing really stands
out as negative.
Maybe being in one pose for too long or dealing with the weather or something
like that, but nothing major.
B.I.
Have you ever considered working behind the camera as a producer or director?
Adriana:
Now that I have been more hands-on with my site, I have been able to produce
and edit my solo work and girl/girl work.
It's a lot of fun for me to organize it all and this year I plan on releasing
a few of my own DVDs.
B.I.
What are some of your forthcoming projects for 2005?
Adriana:
Besides working on a few DVD releases, I plan on building and running a few
more sites including multi-model and official-model sites.
I also plan on finding another house to invest in since the market here in San
Diego is doing excellent.
B.I.
Please tell your fans some things about yourself that they may not be aware
of.
Adriana:
They may not know that I play the sax and have been playing since I was 11
(I am now 24).
I love to play video games and am a homebody. I used to work at 31 Flavors Baskin
Robbins for a year in high school.
I delivered newspapers for a few months, which was really difficult to work
with the schedule since it was 7 days a week from 3am to 6am.
I also assisted at a vet hospital; I really love animals.
B.I.
You are definitely one of the most humble & sweetest that we've come across.
We appreciate you taking the time to do an interview for our site & your
many fans.
